Chocolate Frosted Brownies

Everybody loves chocolate. And what better than a delicious piece of chocolate brownie. The recipe that i give you is so easy, that you will make it again and again. 

What we need:

• 250 gr butter
• 2 cups sugar
• 3/4 cup cocoa powder
• 1 1/2 cups flower 
• 4 eggs
• 1 ts vanilla essence
• 1 ts baking powder
• 1 cup hot water

Method:

• Preheat oven 180 celcium, bake. 
• Melt the butter in a large saucepan. 
• Add the sugar in the saucepan and stir it until melted. 
• In the same way add the cocoa powder in the mixture. 
• Add hot water in the saucepan and continue  stirring the mixture. 
• Remove the saucepan from heat. 
• Keep a cup of the mixture for the frosting. 
• In a bowl beat the eggs. 
• Add the vanilla essence and the baking powder and continue beating. 
• Add the eggs mixture and the flower into the cocoa mixture and keep stirring. 
• Pour the brownie mix into a prepared baking tin. 
• Place in the oven for around 18 minutes.
• Frost brownies while they are still warm.
